How a refund works

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery by phone, WhatsApp or the contact form with your order number and photos of the stone.
2. We confirm the issue and arrange the return pickup or drop-off.
3. Once the stone is received and checked, the refund is issued to your original payment method or bank account within 5–7 working days.

When a refund applies

• The stone arrived damaged or broken.
• The stone is not the one shown in the listing, or its weight differs from the invoice.
• Lab testing shows the stone is not natural as described — we cover the return cost in this case.

When a refund does not apply

• Change of mind after the 7-day window.
• Normal natural variation in colour or inclusions, which is shown in the listing photos.
• Damage caused after delivery (chips, scratches, water damage on porous stones).

Do I need an account to order?

No. Order as a guest with your name, phone number and address; we confirm on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Can I pay by bank transfer instead of cash on delivery?

Yes — bank details are shared at checkout and on request. Cash on delivery remains the default because it lets you check the parcel first.

Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

Contact us on WhatsApp for international delivery; it is arranged case by case with payment in advance and full tracking.

How do I contact you?

Use the contact page, call the number in the footer, or message us on WhatsApp — the fastest option during business hours.

Are the photos of the actual stone?

Yes. Every listing shows the piece you receive, photographed in daylight, with its carat weight stated on the page and on the invoice.

Can I get the stone set in a ring or pendant?

Yes. Tell us the finger size or chain length on WhatsApp; silver settings are made to order and usually add 3–5 working days.

What if the courier cannot reach my address?

The courier will call the number on the order. If delivery fails twice the parcel returns to us and we re-send once we have confirmed the address with you.

Do you provide a certificate with the stone?

Yes, on request for any stone: an independent gemmological laboratory report that names the mineral, the carat weight, the measurements and any treatment. Ask when you order so it ships in the same parcel.

Is the carat weight on the page exact?

Yes. Each stone is weighed on a calibrated digital carat scale; the weight on the listing is the weight on the invoice, and any jeweller can confirm it in seconds.

Can I exchange a stone for a different size or colour?

Yes, within the 7-day window, provided the stone comes back unset and undamaged; you pay only the courier for the exchange.
