Shipping Policy

GemStore.pk delivers to every address in Pakistan by tracked courier, usually within 1–3 working days, with payment on delivery and a flat delivery charge shown at checkout; international delivery is quoted on request.

Every order placed with GemStore.pk is delivered by tracked courier anywhere in Pakistan, with payment on delivery. This shipping policy sets out delivery charges, delivery times, packaging, tracking and what to do if a parcel is delayed or damaged.

Delivery charges

A flat delivery charge of Rs. 500 per order applies to every address in Pakistan, however many stones the order contains. It is shown in the cart and at checkout and is collected by the courier together with the price of the stone. There is no separate cash-on-delivery or packaging fee. International delivery is quoted individually on WhatsApp before you confirm.

Delivery times

• Lahore — same day or next working day.
• Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad — 1–2 working days.
• Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala and other cities — 2–3 working days.
• Towns and rural addresses — 3–5 working days.

Times count from the confirmation call or WhatsApp message, not from the moment you place the order. Orders confirmed after 5 PM, on Saturday evening or on Sunday leave on the next working day. Public holidays add a day.

How your order is confirmed and dispatched

1. You order on the website or on WhatsApp.
2. We confirm the stone, its carat weight and your address by phone or WhatsApp. Nothing ships unconfirmed.
3. The stone is sealed in a pouch inside a padded box with the invoice (stating the stone, carat weight, price and delivery charge) and any certificate you requested.
4. You receive the tracking number on WhatsApp the day the parcel leaves.

Payment on delivery

Cash on delivery is the default for every address in Pakistan: you pay the invoice amount in cash (the stone plus the Rs. 500 delivery charge). Bank transfer and Easypaisa are available if you prefer to pay in advance, and are required for international orders and made-to-order settings.

Tracking and missed deliveries

Use the tracking number on the courier's website or ask us for an update on WhatsApp. The rider calls before delivering; if you are not available, you can nominate someone at the address to receive and pay, or ask for a second attempt the next working day. Parcels not delivered after two attempts return to us and we contact you to rearrange.

Damaged or wrong parcels

Check the parcel when it arrives. If the box is damaged, the stone does not match the listing, or the carat weight differs from the invoice, message us within 7 days with photos. We arrange the return courier and replace the stone or refund you in full — see the return policy.

International delivery

Delivery takes 5–10 working days; the customer pays the quoted courier charge and any import duty, and payment is made in advance by bank transfer.

Common questions

How much is delivery inside Pakistan?

Rs. 500 per order, flat, to any address in Pakistan. It is added once at checkout — ordering two stones together still costs Rs. 500 in delivery — and the courier collects it with the order.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes — from our showroom at 63-B Main Boulevard Gulberg, Lahore, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Message us first so the stone is ready; no delivery charge applies to collected orders.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

No. Couriers deliver Monday to Saturday.

Can I change the address after ordering?

Yes, any time before the parcel leaves. Message us on WhatsApp with the new address.

How your stone is packed

Every stone travels in a sealed pouch inside a padded box, with the carat weight printed on the invoice. Rings and pendants are boxed separately from loose stones. You receive a tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as the courier collects the parcel.

Cash on delivery
