Help Us Answer You Faster
A little detail in your first message saves a lot of back-and-forth:
- About a stone: send the product link or name, and say what you want it for (a ring, a gift, a stone recommended to you in astrology).
- About an order: include your order number and the name and phone number used at checkout.
- About a return: add your order number, the reason, and a photo if the stone looks different from the listing.
- About a ring setting: tell us your ring size if you know it and the style you have in mind; silver settings can be discussed on WhatsApp.
