These terms apply to every visit to GemStore.pk and every order placed with GemStore Pakistan, whether through the website, by WhatsApp or by phone. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them along with our shipping policy, return and refund policy and privacy policy.
1. About Us
GemStore.pk is operated by GemStore Pakistan, 63-B Main Boulevard Gulberg, Main Gulberg, Lahore 54000, Pakistan. You can reach us at cod@gemstore.pk or on +92 308 887 3888.
2. The Stones We Sell
We sell natural loose gemstones. Each listing is one individual stone, photographed as it is. Natural stones contain inclusions and vary in colour, and screens display colour differently, so small differences between a photo and the stone in your hand are normal. Treatments that are customary for a gem, such as heating of ruby and sapphire or oiling of emerald, are disclosed when known.
3. Certificates
A certificate of authenticity is available on request. Independent laboratory testing can be arranged on request; any terms for that will be agreed with you before it is carried out.
4. Prices
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Each stone is priced individually, and the per-carat rate shown is the price divided by the carat weight. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed when you place your order is the price you pay. If a stone is listed at an obvious error in price, we may cancel the order and tell you before dispatch.
5. Orders and Confirmation
An order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and a contract is formed when we confirm. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if the stone is no longer available, the details provided cannot be verified, or we cannot reach you to confirm. Because every stone is a single piece, if one sells before your order is confirmed we will let you know and suggest alternatives.
6. Payment and Delivery
Payment is Cash on Delivery within Pakistan. Shipping is a flat Rs. 500 per order. We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days and deliver within about 7 working days by insured, tracked courier; these times are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control. You may inspect the stone on delivery before paying. We deliver to addresses in Pakistan only.
7. Returns and Refunds
You may return a stone within 7 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange, on the conditions set out in our return and refund policy. Custom-cut or bespoke items are non-returnable unless damaged or not as described.
8. Beliefs and Traditions
Some of our pages describe the traditional, cultural or astrological meaning of gemstones. This is shared as tradition and belief only. We make no promise of health, financial, spiritual or other outcomes from wearing any stone, and nothing on the site is medical or professional advice.
9. Website Content
The text, photographs and design of GemStore.pk belong to GemStore Pakistan and may not be copied for commercial use without our written permission. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Lahore. We would always prefer to resolve a problem directly first, so please contact us.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
