Delivery time by city

Smaller cities and towns (Sialkot, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Quetta, Abbottabad, Mardan, Bahawalpur, Gilgit and others) are served by the same couriers and usually take 2–4 working days. Remote areas may take a little longer; we tell you the expected date when we confirm the order.

How cash on delivery works for gemstones

1. Order — add the stone to your cart on the website, or send us its name on WhatsApp.
2. Confirmation — we call or message you to confirm the piece, the carat weight and the delivery address. Nothing ships unconfirmed.
3. Dispatch — the stone is packed in a sealed pouch inside a padded box with the invoice and a tracking number.
4. Delivery — the courier delivers to your door; you pay the invoice amount in cash. There is no advance payment for orders inside Pakistan.
5. Check — open the parcel, compare the stone with the listing photos and the stated weight, and message us if anything is off. You have 7 days to return a stone that is not as described.

All of them. The pages below cover the cities that order most often — each one lists local delivery times, the areas we reach and the stones people there buy most: Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar.

What arrives in the parcel

• The exact stone shown on the product page (the photos are of the actual piece, not a sample).
• A printed invoice stating the stone, its carat weight and the price paid.
• A lab certificate when you asked for one at the time of ordering (available for every stone at cost).
• Care instructions for the stone, and the ring box if you ordered a setting.

Common questions

Is there any advance payment for cash on delivery?

No. Orders inside Pakistan are paid in full to the courier on delivery. Bank transfer is available if you prefer, and is required only for international orders and custom-made settings.

Can I open the parcel before paying?

Courier policy varies: most riders allow you to check the sealed box after payment, and our 7-day return covers anything that is not as described. If you want an unboxing on video call before the rider leaves, tell us when we confirm the order.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

Couriers deliver Monday to Saturday. Orders confirmed on Saturday evening or Sunday leave on Monday.

What if I am not home when the courier comes?

The rider calls first; you can ask for a second attempt the next day or nominate someone at the address to receive and pay.

Is delivery free?

Delivery inside Pakistan is included in the price shown on the product page. There are no hidden courier or COD charges.
