GemStore delivers to every city in Pakistan by insured, tracked courier. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and usually arrive within about 7 working days. Shipping is a flat Rs. 500 per order, and you pay Cash on Delivery.
Shipping Charge
Every order carries one flat delivery fee of Rs. 500, whether it contains one stone or several. The fee is the same for every city and every order value, and it is shown at checkout before you confirm.
How Long Delivery Takes
- Dispatch: within 1-2 working days of your order being confirmed
- Delivery: within about 7 working days, depending on your city and the courier's route
Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. We confirm each order by phone or WhatsApp before it ships, so please keep your phone nearby after ordering.
Tracking
Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we share the tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
Packing and Insurance
Stones are packed securely to protect them in transit, and every shipment is insured. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us straight away and we will sort it out with the courier.
Paying on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. When the courier arrives you may open the parcel and inspect the stone before you pay. If you change your mind after delivery, our 7-day return policy applies.
Delivery Within Pakistan Only
We deliver to addresses in Pakistan only. If you live abroad, a family member or friend in Pakistan can order for delivery to their address and pay Cash on Delivery.
